In 2019, after a career in restaurants, including Hoja Santa in Barcelona, Hugo decided to return to his country to develop a more personal project.

At TAG the Restaurant we are presented with a Tasting Menu that reflects an intersection between two cultures of intense memories that until then were not known. Portugal and Mexico, both with cuisines of very own traditions, authentic, emotional, and even romantic at a certain point.
